Pick-Me-Quick pepper comes from the South Dakota State Agricultural Experiment Station and was first offered from Gurney’s in South Dakota . It is highly prolific and one of the fastest red bell peppers to ripen in the garden. Plants produce many crunchy and sweet medium sized peppers which go from dark green to a bright red color. Can be eaten as a green pepper too. Concentrated fruit set happens early in the season and fruit ripens all season long. These plants are sturdy and vigorous. Seed stock is from John Austin.
