The Sibirskiy Knyaz pepper is a Russian sweet pepper developed for shorter seasons by a research station in Western Siberia. Produces oblong conical medium sized peppers that ripen to red. They are fragrant, crunchy, and mildly sweet. Their thick walls and juiciness separate them from similar peppers we’ve tried. Great for fresh eating but we particularly like to stuff these peppers.
