Description

Citrullus lanatus

Packet size: 30 seeds

Seeds grown at Flytree Farm in Northfield, Vermont.

Bozeman Watermelon is a great tasting and productive watermelon variety for our short and cooler seasons, fully ripening faster than most other watermelons of this size. Their light green, lightly speckled rinds are thick, with a pinkish, reddish flesh that evoke the classic watermelon image. The thick rind also lends a great storage capacity, making this watermelon good to eat for weeks after harvesting. Bred by Ken Fisher of Fisher Seeds in Belgrade, Montana (a town adjacent to Bozeman). Said to be a sport of Far North, another variety from Fisher seeds. Seed stock shared by John Austin of Bozeman!

We are committed to quality and care a lot about your experience growing these seeds. If you are dissatisfied with anything, please let us know, we’d like to make it right.
